I turn to Bob for a lot of feedback about the program because it grew organically from the Riverside experience. Tech Inside groups before. But what’s different is this is a sustainable model. It hasn’t gained attraction yet, but what Bob has done has been sustainable and replicable. Elisa Spain started the Northern Group, from this Vistage saw a tremendous opportunity and it was productized and they are now growing it on a much larger scale.

His Vistage Inside group not only had renewability within the existing groups, but then proliferates opportunities within the company—starting with a senior leadership team, then directors, then below that. Pioneer in making it a sustainable growth model. He established himself as a member of Riverside’s leadership team, key to his success with these groups because he has made everything that they talk about relevant to the business issues that Riverside has to resolve.
