Bob runs meetings as a constant example of accountability. So many times in my experience, members leave a meeting without owning what action will be done by whom and by when. Bob’s practices identify those specific things and he makes it transparent if any of us doesn’t live up to our commitments. I have seen this raise the level of accountability in the organization as a whole.
