I believe I used the terminology “game changer” when I was asked about my one on one’s with Bob. I am confident in saying I need Bob in my life. It is one avenue to hold myself accountable for my actions as a leader and not just an employee. Being accountable to Bob – Sucks 🙂 I know we were taught “development sucks” but I know that a key in my development is Bob.
