In her book Fierce Conversations, Susan Scott points out “everyone wants one person in the world to whom they can tell the truth and from which they will hear the truth.” Bob Berk is that person. In my personal and professional lives, Bob has helped me understand that control is just an illusion and effective leaders must employ strategies to influence.
